Participants may choose to stay at other hotels, as there are many other accommodation options in the surrounding area. However, please note that daily shuttle services to and from the conference venue, as well as pick-up for site visits, will be available only at these two hotels. Participants staying elsewhere will need to arrange their own transport to the designated pick-up points.
